We are looking for some rugged and willing volunteers to help us tackle the jubata grass (sometimes referred to as pampas grass).
Join us at the Gateway to Jenner Headlands (on Highway 1 just north of Jenner) at 9:30 am on Saturday, November 21 for a volunteer workday. We'll be working in rugged and steep terrain with thick and brushy vegetation; expect to be swinging a Pulaski, digging with a shovel, and/or removing seed heads with pruners.
Light refreshments will be provided but please bring your own drinking water and necessary snacks.
Please bring a mask to wear when within 6' of another person, and we ask that you stay home if you either have symptoms or know to have been exposed to someone testing positive for Covid-19.
Thank you for your interest and we look forward to seeing you!
